    Honeywell Universal Digital Controller UDC3500 is obtainable with a succeeding input that accepts either a linear or potentiometer input signal as a remote set point. These digital controllers contain automatic timing features which are accessed with suitable requirements of clients. The UDC3500 controller is accessed by a dual set point option with easy maintenance. The current set point is selected by a digital input which provides the bumpless transfer.     • PC Tools – Create configuration with the intuitive software program running on a pocket PC, a Desktop or a laptop computer.     • Infrared interface – The infrared interface provides a non-intrusive wireless interface connection with the controller and maintains the NEMA 4X/IP66 integrity. No need to get access to the back of the controller to communicate with the instrument, no need to take your screwdriver and wire a communication cable. You can duplicate an instruments configuration, upload or download a new configuration in just a matter of seconds, simply by pointing your pocket PC in the direction of the instrument

    • Ethernet Communications – Industry standard Ethernet communications are available as an option on the UDC3500 controller. This option uses Modbus TCP/IP to connect to other Ethernet networks allowing the user to monitor the process from almost anywhere.


    Logic Gates:

    •  Five logic gates configurable as OR, NOR, AND, NAND, XOR, XNOR, or COMPARATOR. Each gate has two inputs and one output. Logic gates may be linked together to perform more complex functions

    • Setpoint Programming – Enables you to program and store up to ten ramp and ten soak segments for set point programming. Run or hold of the program is a keyboard or remote digital switch selectable. Each soak segment may have a unique Guaranteed Soak Deviation value.     Honeywell Universal Digital Controller UDC1700 is obtainable with a succeeding input that accepts either a linear or potentiometer input signal as a remote set point. The UDC1700 controller is accessed by a dual set point option with easy maintenance. These are distributed at a reasonable price in the market after they are tested by our expert groups. The current set point is selected by a digital input which provides the bumpless transfer. These digital controllers contain automatic timing features which are accessed with suitable requirements of clients.

    Features:
    • The UDC1700 controller faceplate is rated NEMA 3/IP65 for protection against windblown dust, rain, snow and sleet
    • Remote Setpoint Model The UDC1700 controller is available with a second input that accepts either a linear or potentiometer input signal as a remote setpoint
    • Dual Display The UDC1700 has two four-digit displays with seven LED segments, each configurable for PV and SP (non-adjustable), PV and SP (adjustable), PV and Ramping SP and PV only
    • PC Software Support – The UDC1700 controller is supported with PC software allowing you to quickly configure your device from your PC
    • The UDC1700 controllers accept seven different types of thermocouples, RTDs, current and voltage linear inputs. All inputs are configurable as standard
    • Up to Three Outputs – The UDC1700 controller provides up to three output types (relay, SSR and linear) for time and current proportioning, duplex mode (heat/cool), PV or SP retransmission and alarms
    • In the manual mode, the operator can directly control the output through the two front face keys (upper and lower keys). The output value is monitored on the lower display
    Control Algorithms:
    • Four control algorithms can be set up through the configuration menu: On/Off, PID, PD+MR, and TPSC. The TPSC (Three Position Step Control) control algorithm is dedicated to controlling valve positioning without slidewire feedback from the motor shaft
    Dual Setpoint:
    • The UDC1700 controller is available with a dual set point option. The current set point is selected by a digital input
    Communication:
    • The UDC1700 controller is available with an optional RS-485 communication interface. It provides a link for up to 32 units and a host computer through ASCII or Modbus RTU protocol at up to 19200 baud.
